Job Description
About the Role
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position where you will play a key role in managing and shaping digital experiences across our channels. Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will drive digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless user journeys and futureproofing our digital infrastructure to align with strategic goals.
What can you expect to be doing on a day-to-day basis?
Digital Customer Experience
Oversee content development and maintenance of all digital channels, including APAC Customer portal, website, and email.
Explore and implement digital tools to support brand building and acquisition (e.g., SEO, paid media).
Design and manage digital customer experiences, ensuring they are engaging and effective.
Ensure web channels remain up-to-date by liaising with business owners and content teams.
Maintain adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements across all digital channels.
Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of project goals.
Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
CRM and Customer Journey
Map digital user journeys and create automated marketing roadmaps using customer profiles.
Own the marketing funnel — from copy and creative input to landing page performance and conversion rate optimization.
Develop and manage customer acquisition campaigns to attract and nurture leads through data driven strategies
Driving customer acquisition, retention, and ROI through data-driven strategies.
Desired Skills and Experience
Skills & Experience Essentials
Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex web and communication environments.
Expertise in presenting web and digital analytics to senior stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage suppliers and internal teams to deliver outcomes on digital projects.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, content marketing, and email.
Solid understanding of CMS, CRM and/or marketing automation platforms
Hands-on experience in implementing performance marketing strategies, ideally in a B2B
