Job Description

The Role
IPC Asia Pacific is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Sourcing Manager to join the team based in North Sydney. 
This opportunity will suit someone with a passion for analytics, has a commercial and growth mindset as well as ability to juggle competing priorities that support our strategy. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate RFIs, RFPs and RFQs and evaluate results
  • Track and report projects progress/status. 
  • Develop commercial analyses to support negotiations
  • Coordination of data cleansing activities
  • Contracts administration; ensuring smooth supply chain implementation
  • Collating a database of suppliers and their capabilities
  • Manage relationships with key internal and external customers

Desired Skills and Experience

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years ‘experience in a Junior Category Manager role
  • Tertiary qualification in relevant field or similar 
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Experience in either QSR or FMCG industry highly advantageous
